Item does not suit you? You can return it!

Together with the goods you received, you also received a return form.

Information about returning / exchanging an item:
● Provide order date and ID:
● Provide you personal details;
● Fill in the table with the information about the product/s: quantity, name, size (information is provided
on the label) and reason for return. If you are exchanging an item, please fill in the field in the table
marked with *;
● Filled return/ exchange form sent together with your received invoice and item you are returning.
● We recommend using Lithuanian post registered delivery services.

● After receiving the parcel with the correctly filled-in form, we will complete the refund or exchange an
item within 14 days.
IMPORTANT: socks are not accepted for a return after the packaging was damaged.
